- Phoenix: The median sales price for 299 single family homes that sold in Phoenix was $195,000 and the average was $259,072. Average days on market was 64 and they sold for 96.76% of asking price. Weighted average price per square foot was $139.88.
- Scottsdale: The median sales price for 85 single family homes that sold in Scottsdale was $523,000 and the average was $684,405. Average days on market was 87 and they sold for 95.45% of asking price. Weighted average price per square foot was $236.46
- Paradise Valley: The median sales price for 7 single family homes that sold in Paradise Valley was $2,375,000 and the average was $2,448,571. Average days on market was 145 and they sold for 92.48% of asking price. Weighted average price per square foot was $368.36.

The interesting thing is that the very popular Arcadia area zip code of 85018 is not much more than the 85003 zip code, which is where the highly sought after Willo Historic District is located. You also get bigger homes in Arcadia vs. Willo Historic District. Of the homes that sold between 5/4/15 – 5/10/15 the average square footage home in 85018 was 2,507 sqft and 85003 was 1,902 sqft.
