This is especially handy if you are out driving around metro Phoenix and see a home for sale that could be your next dream home. Just follow the steps below and you’ll get details on the property.
1. Visit www.joejanus.com and tap “Ok” when the popup “Would you like to be redirected to a mobile-optimized property search?” appears.
2. Then tap “Nearby” in the bottom toolbar (in between “Home” and “Search”) and wholla! You can now see listings close to your physical location. (tip: make sure that your devices GPS/Location Services are enabled).
