This data can give you insight into your home’s value or where you may want to concentrate your home search if you are looking to buy a home in Metro Phoenix. It helps you identify average home values, average price per square foot and how long, on average, homes are taking to sell by zip code in Metro Phoenix, AZ.
Price per square foot continues to remain relatively flat in both Phoenix and Scottsdale. Paradise Valley on the other hand has been experiencing an increase in more pricey homes selling as is evidenced by the sharp increase in price per square foot over the last few weeks.
In this Metro Phoenix real estate market update you can see that the number of weekly sales overall appears to be on a downward trend. We can also see that most closings happen at the end of each month.
Something that we can see as a good thing is the number of contracts accepted on a weekly basis is ticking upward. This hopefully indicates an increase in the number of upcoming closings.
