In all of Metro Phoenix during 4/21/14 to 4/27/14 homes sold, on average, at 92.3% of their original list price. In Phoenix proper homes sold for 93.1% of original list price, Scottsdale was 90% and Paradise Valley was 86.26%. Glendale, AZ continues to be the leader with homes selling at 95.51% of original list price, but Gilbert is close behind at 95.37% and so is Chandler at 95.26%.
