Don't Buy Or Sell In Metro Phoenix Without This Market Data! Average Home Prices, Declines, Increases By Zip Code
I've uploaded the MLS market stats report for the 1st quarter of 2008 for ALL Maricopa County zip codes. Compared to the same quarter in 2007 almost all areas show a decline (not a big surprise there) in the average home price. However a few areas have experienced an increase. Zip code 85258 (McCormick Ranch area) experienced a 1.48 % decline, 85251 (downtown Scottsdale, the west part of Arcadia) experienced a 3.1% increase and 85263 (Rio Verde area in Scottsdale) took a 29.63% hit to it's average home price.
With all the information and negative media reports that generalize huge market declines everwhere I thought a "true" look at the numbers will help you make the best decision possible in this crazy market!
